Angle Vale Primary is committed to
developing and encouraging authentic student voice via the Student
Representative Council.
The Student Representative Council plays an
active role in the school decision making process as well as providing
a vehicle for student activity in the form of discos, charity drives,
casual days etc. Students are elected for two terms.
The Students are represented on
the Canteen, Grounds, Curriculum, Drug Strategy, Fundraising, Policy and Year 7
Graduation committees. They are involved in decision making regarding yard
Rosters, Homework Policy, peer Mediation and Fundraising for the school
as well as for
students involved in national and international sporting activities and
outside charities.
Our S.R.C
Representatives represent our school at District Student Voice meetings. They
meet with students from neighbouring schools in the Gawler/Barossa
district to share information about what is happening in our schools and
discuss issues of concern. this forum is also used by DECS to gain
student feedback when required. |
